Another perfect protein grain. I love amaranth. I love that I can pop it and use it in breads and pastries to add nutrition and taste to them. It is the perfect baby food ground into flour and cooked like cream of wheat. I love just adding the whole grain to foods that I make. It is so small that it cooks quickly. It is a totally amazing grain.
Shelf Life: 6 months if stored in *optimal conditions in the original packaging. *(70 degrees in a dry place.)
