White quinoa is a wonderful complete protein grain. I love how quickly it cooks up and how easy it is to add to just about anything. It is almost translucent when cooked so it is easy to hide when adding it to the foods we eat. From adding it to mac and cheese, eggs, soups, to corn bread, white quinoa is a must to have in the kitchen pantry. It cooks just like white rice, and can be added to white rice to up the nutrition.
