Rye is a wonderful high fiber grain. Nutty and tasty, and actually makes the best side dish. Cooks like brown rice and adds a wonderful change for rice dished. For bread baking it is amazing. Remember rye flavor it not what you think it is. In most rye breads the flavor you might not like is actually the caraway seeds. You either love it or hate it and if you hate it you avoid rye. Rye taste nothing like caraway seed. Try it out and see just how wonderful it can be.
